I've created test page called "Test reset" so you can check it. Custom extra class name "custom-col-reset" has been added in column settings for each column. You can rename it to your own, but don't forget to rename it in css code too.
I didn't put in the custom class in the column yet, but it seems to work anyway if i select a new option called: reset padding on "tablet landscape". I havent seen that before did you changed this in the update?
Anyways, I am happy it works but I find it a bit strange to call a function that reset both, tablet and phone a "tablet landscape". could you perhaps clarify this? I like your theme very much and purchased already 3 licenses, so I would like to fully understand all aspect of it ;-)
As I see you are using old theme version and plugins as well and some options may work incorrectly. Please update the theme and required plugins to the latest versions and after check padding reset option for mobile devices.

First attechment "Capture" shows the current situation, this design is readable on all platforms.
Second attechment "Capture2"shows what i am aming for.
Third attechment "Capture3" shows the result in tablet mode. The padding negatively affects design.
I can either reset the padding for phone or for tablet, but it seems i dont know how to have a different design for the devices.

You can reset margin/padding for mobile devices in Row Settings > Design Options > Margin Breakpoint and Padding Breakpoint sections

I noticed that. But it only reset the padding for mobile. Not Mobile and tablet. I am forced to choose.
I would like to have the option to reset the padding for: "mobile phone" AND "tablet".

In that case you can use custom css code to reset padding for both mobile and tablet devices.
1. Add extra class name for your row, for example "custom-reset"
2. Go to LEVELUP > General Settings > Custom CSS Code and add the following code
@media (max-width: 992px) {.wpb_row.custom-reset {
padding-left: 0 !important;
padding-right: 0 !important;
padding-top: 0 !important;
padding-bottom: 0 !important;
}}
