    Hi! i've just bought this theme and i'm trying to install this theme but i cant.

    I've tried to install from wordpress theme administrator but error, and via ftp but it doesn't works.

    What can i do?

    Please provide us WordPress admin and FTP access and we chech this issue.

    Hello,

    Please contact your hosting provider support and ask them to set your PHP configuration limits to the following:

    • max_execution_time 180
    • memory_limit 128M
    • post_max_size 32M
    • upload_max_filesize 32M
    • max_input_vars 5000 (If the large number of menu items is used)

    When these values are setup try to install the theme http://puzzlerbox.com/levelup/documentation/General/Installation.html#chapter-2

    Hello,

    We've installed the theme for you. Please check it now.
    The problem was you installed child theme folder only instead of parent theme which located in levelup.zip archive.
