I`m setting up a website for my wife and we`ve loved your Level UP Theme. The thing is my wife loved the Fashion Theme, but prefer the Masonry Grid layout instead of the one inside the Fashion Theme. Is there a way for me to use the masonry grid portfolio inside the fashion theme?

You can select needed type of portfolio display style in portfolio element settings in WP Dashboard > Pages > open your portfolio page to edit:
